The addition to a Spanish-style home in Santa Monica blends seamlessly with the existing home. The remodeled sections of the home consisted mainly of restoring traditional elements to the home that had been removed during past remodels. The project took an existing Family Room and Maid’s Suite and replaced them with a new Study, new Maid’s/Guest Suite, new Breakfast Room, and a new larger, more gracious, and light-filled Family Room. The project also vastly improved the circulation between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
