This project represents our design flexibility. The design concept of this new single family home was initially influenced by the architecture of Irving Gill. Irving Gill, an early 20th Century Architect, created his own version of modern architecture which was heavily influence by Spanish design. The project evolved from a clean Spanish/modern aesthetic to a much more exuberant homage to the best of developer-driven Orange County design.
What did not change was the use of natural light, the flow of space, and the creation of unique spaces. The interconnections between interior and exterior spaces are especially strong and fully take advantage of the coastal southern Californian weather. |
