This project is currently in schematic design and represents a different approach to the typical Spanish style remodel/addition. The existing two bedroom Spanish Style house on a small lot in Pacific Palisades is being saved and restored while at the same time all the proposed additions are to be aggressively modern.

The goal of the project is marry different styles in a balanced composition that celebrates the evolution of the home over time. Modern and green materials, details, and forms will distinguish the modern sections of the home, and will clearly distinguish new from old.
