Currently under construction, this new 4100 sq. ft. house is designed both as a home for a family with three children and as an entertaining center for a businessman who invites associates to his home. The home features a massive family room with an open kitchen along with a formal Living/Dining room. A feature stairway, a glass and wrought iron wine cellar and arched opening are features of the entertaining sections of the home.

The project is technically a remodel because of saving a minimal amount of the previously existing house. The home in all practicality is new from the ground up, with new and improved circulation, improved detailing, an additional full second floor, and a reduced footprint and larger backyard.
